MISSAR relies on contributions to finance our involvement in scholarships, contests, awards and dedications.  Our scholarships and contests includes the Rumbaugh Historical Oration Contest, Eagle Scout Scholarship, Knight Essay Contest. We honor outstanding service recognitions awards for citizens, police, fire, rescue and others. We conduct grave dedication ceremonies for Revolutionary War Compatriots who have previously been undiscovered.
